Both the Mariners Point and Mariners Landing communities share the same set of Architectural Guidelines and Rules.

Any proposed change or alteration to the exterior of a building (including fences, decks, sheds or other structure) must be submitted in writing to the Architectural Committee of the Board of Directors.

Written approval must be granted before any work may begin.

In addition, proper building permits must be obtained from the City of Annapolis Department of Inspections & Permits. (Neither architectural approval nor a building permit substitutes for the other.)
