Renting The Mariners Point Clubhouse

The Mariners Point Clubhouse is a beautiful facility to rent for your next party!

It is available to Mariners Point and Mariners Landing community association members and their guests.

The clubhouse is a spacious facility with a warm, cozy fireplace in the main living room for guests to enjoy, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen for your use in preparing their food.

The clubhouse is provided for owners for a fee for each party. Call the Mariners Point Community Association property manager at 443-548-0191 (ext 225) to schedule your event, or inquire by e-mail at fshockley@tidewaterproperty.com.

Rental By Non-Owners

Non-owners may also rent the clubhouse. However, non-owners must be sponsored by an owner living in either Mariners Landing or Mariners Point.
